“Our drain line was backing up and needed replacing. After calling around this was the only place that could even be here within the week and they were here same day. They quickly got my drain cleared and got me a quote on replacing the old sewer line due to its compromised integrity. As soon as we told them we were ready, there was a team knocking on my door at 8 am sharp the next morning to begin working. They stayed most of the evening until the job was complete. All 90 feet of my old drain dug up and replaced with beautiful new PVC all in a days work. “Had my hot water pipe leaking, carpet soaked in a back bedroom, can hear is under tiles- expecting a plumber to come in and cause a ton of destruction to find and fix the problem. NOPE! The 2 guys from DJM plumbing looked at all possible options before opening up anything in my house and finally made a small hole in the wall behind the fridge. They were able to fix the problem with very minimal damage to my house and after they were done did a wonderful job with clean up that you couldn't tell they were even here. The women I spoke with was familiar with the area in which I live. She was able to find a staffer who could arrive between noon and 2pm. Stress level started to go down. A few hours later, I got a call from the plumber who asked if he could arrive before the designated time. HURRAH! stress level gone. Kevin arrived shortly after and started the job. He thought he might be able to just replace the tank and headed out to find one. Turned out they stopped that model several years ago. He got a new toilet to install. He was thoroughly professional as he went through the process. He kindly answered all my questions and within a relatively short period of time it was installed and running perfectly. When our AC and heating system suddenly quit of "old age", they were quick (same day) to come out and diagnose the issue and make recommendations....and we were new customers. “Responsive, trusting and very hardworking! I used Vaughn AC Heating & Plumbing Service to replace (remove/install) a warrantied HVAC compressor. I had an inoperable A/C unit. I called Walt, the tech/owner(?), after waiting two days (literally, two days in the middle of the Summer heat) on another company (Daniel’s) to quote me out and schedule an appointment. Eventually, that company provided one and I felt the cost (parts and handling = $1795.00) was too high. Walt arrived 1hr after our first call and diagnosed the problem. I didn’t tell him what the other company quoted me at. Walt diagnosed the same cause (free of charge), quoted me $700 less than the first company and preformed the work that day. He’s a man of his word, I trusted him to complete the work while I ran errands and he never came back to me for up charges. He didn’t ask for any money down / no deposit...we had an agreement, something many other companies can’t seem to comprehend nowadays. I can’t say enough positives about this company. He preformed great work and the unit runs perfect! He was also very enjoyable to talk to...a Vietnam Vet, so please thank him for his service if you get a chance...thanks, Walt!”
