“We hired Elller to install a back up sump pump. We have had work done by them previously and we thought they did a good job at a reasonable price. For the pump installation they provided a free estimate, were reasonably priced, and gave us a 10% senior discount. They came when scheduled, and completed the work in a couple hours. There was one glitch, while working they spilled a can of pipe cement, and when they were done the glue smell was so bad we did not want to go in the basement to review the work. We asked them to come back the next day after the basement had aired out for inspection and payment. They said their office required them to insist on payment before leaving. I spoke to the people in their office and explained the situation but they still insisted on being paid even though we couldn’t inspect the work. They offered an additional $100 off the bill to cover the cost of removing the carpet stain. We agreed, paid the bill and scheduled a worker to return the next day for inspection. He did return the next day, and during inspection a missing pipe hanger was discovered and he fixed it. We are disappointed in their insistence on being paid without us being able to inspect, but we are happy with the work, and we would hire Eller again.”

“Mike was awesome! We have a garage that has been converted into a a bonus room but the spigot for the front yard garden hose was inside the garage towards the back of the room. Mike came over a few days after the initial phone call and gave us an estimate to run the water line up behind the wall, around our fireplace, back into the wall and then out to the front of the house. We did have my dad come over prior to take down the drywall and drill the holes needed (as per what Mike wanted) to help cut costs. My dad actually cut in the wrong areas (oops) but Mike is so skilled at what he does he made it work to EXACTLY what we wanted. The pipe towards the top of the back of the fireplace Is showing now but with a little “molding” cover job, you won’t even know it’s there. They came on time, worked diligently, and were very fair in price. They even cleaned up the dust before they left! Job was about 2 hours long. We’re so happy with his work and HIGHLY recommend him.”

The first day we moved in we went to shut off the water for a dish washer install and ended up having a broken main shut off. We called Brian and he came out immediately. Fixed the leak only to find the other main shut off was broke too. Brian fixed that as well. He came back on the Friday before a holiday and installed our kitchen sink and faucet. His prices were extremely reasonable, he was professional, explained everything, and was just all around nice guy. In this day and age it’s hard finding contractors to even return calls let alone actually do work for you. These guys are local, they don’t complain about doing old house repairs, they are honest, and they do good work! If you live in the area and don’t want a hassle, or a contractor that jerks you around, do yourself a favor and call Kennedy Plumbing!”
