The only thing that they lost a star for was the pool was not heated as advertised. It was only in the 60s outside and the kids could not swim because the water was freezing. When asking the front desk staff they claimed it was heated, but that water was freezing!! Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.”
