“Advanced Improvements installed our solar system about 5 years ago. We love having solar and have had tremendous savings so far. The monitoring also works great with an app that can be installed on a cell phone. The reason I am writing this review today (5 years later) is because we are again working with Advanced Improvements. Our roof has had extensive damage that was discovered during the latest rain. (The damage is not in any way related to the solar and is just normal wear and tear). Thankfully Advanced Improvements is a reputable company that has stood the test of time and is still around. A representative came over the next day and assessed the roof damage. They will be taking off panels from the affected area, fixing the roof and reinstalling the panels with all warranties staying intact. I am thankful that we chose this company to install our system. Today, 5 years later, they are still here and doing a great job!”

“I was very happy with the service provided with Wright’s Pumping from start to finish. First Cyndi , the receptionist, was very helpful and polite. I called during my lunch hour and within one hour they were at my place. I appreciated that the driver parked outside of my house and asked to make sure that it was ok to drive on my cement driveway because he was concerned about cracking. I got to witness the problem and they left everything nice for me. The owner was very kind. I was immediately taken by his honesty. “Erik was the Technician assigned to this project. We walked the job to understand the problem. He suggested a solution and approximate fee to do the work. I agreed and he found the best path to enter our home. He protected the our oak floors by attaching a covering on the wheels of the clean out machine and also did a fantastic job of keeping the basement area clean while using the auger. He kept me informed throughout the process and showed me the clog of tree and plant roots. He did a great clean up. He was very polite and courteous. “I don't usually write reviews, but was really grateful and happy with this service and wanted to share. I came home from a long trip to a plumbing emergency. Being new to the area, I didn't know who to call. I tried a few different places and this is the only one who was able to come the same day. He arrived before I was home from a quick run to the grocery store, but was patient and called me. He fixed all the plumbing issues and also helped me with another issue unrelated to plumbing. He had all the parts needed with him to do the job. It's been over a week since the repairs were done and I've had no problems. I was impressed with his quick response, patience when I wasn't home, quality work and friendly personality. I will be calling him again for any plumbing issues and highly recommend him.
