He was on-time and sent a text before arrival so I had a heads up he was on the way (always appreciate this from a business). He checked things out, let me know he could definitely fix it, and got to work. He went above and beyond - even trimming out a section of a bush that was right in his way (so sorry about that, James!) without complaining and fixed an additional problem he found when he removed the damaged siding. The repair looks great, and I'm 100% satisfied with price, the work done, and communication before and during the appointment. “Our water heater broke over the weekend and due to Easter we called Greg on Monday. He was able to come out the next day. He arrived on time at 8 AM just as he said he would. He got the old water heater out and installed the new one in 2 hours. He also corrected another issue with the valves making it safer. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a small business and it is nice to help them out and get quality service. I would utilize his services again and recommend his work to others. He also followed Covid precautions and rolled out a mat to protect the floors and stairs.”
