“My experience with the installers from Gold Medal was beyond exceptional! The two installers Jarrod E. and Shane G. came to my house in the middle of a snowstorm and braved the cold weather to properly install a new Heating/Cooling system and thermostat. Jarrod was very friendly and detailed-oriented taking the extra time to explain the job to me and what programs and capabilities i now have with my new system. Shane was very experienced and knowledgeable about what he was doing, taking the time to explain how I can properly take care of my new units to prolong their life and efficiency. Both were very professional and made the extra effort to get the job done exactly how I wanted. Neither of them used the cold weather to do a half-hearted job and went above and beyond in satisfying my services needs. Even my experience with the service agents was beyond helpful and informational before I even bought the product and services. “We just had Luke, from Quality Service Plumbing, out to check a concern we had in our Master Bathroom. First, I'll start by saying Luke was very prompt, courteous and professional. What was our concern? After running the hot water in the bathroom sinks, we have heard what sounds like dripping for a short while after we turn water off. He explained that the noise was created from the pipes expanding into a too tight pass through the framing in the house. My husband had already been under the house and we knew it was dry down there. Luke's explanation relieved us as we were prepared for an "I need to cut out under the sink". Expecting a charge for the "house visit", Luke said "no charge". We now have our forever plumbing company! We highly recommend!”

“Had a great experience with Shoreline. Sump pump was backing up and they immediately came to water jet line to ditch. Over a year ago I needed a whole repipe on a rental and 2 men worked through a weekend to complete job. Not sure why the Dave Lazarus guy gave bad review. Seems that’s all he gives is bad reviews except a 5 star to himself. I’m sure Shoreline isn’t upset about people like this.”

Eric came out to diagnose with some advanced equipment (dove the pool) dye test and audio/mic testing. He was really honest and found the best way to get the job done! When he finished up with his work i also mention that the lights outside my door were burned out and he fixed it right up the very next day!! Which i really appreciate. The last time the light burned out it took a week for someone to get to it, so thanks again Samuel for being on top of it! 👍”
