“I was originally quoted $15,000 to fix our pipe (which meant to jackhammer our basement floor) from another company. I was referred to Bruce Nelson Plumbing and couldn't believe how much thry saved me, along with great quality work and professionalism from everyone! Everyone of them I spoke with was very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and very helpful! They went above and beyond then I could have ever imagined. Instead of using a jackhammer to tear my basement apart, they only had to do it in 2 areas, just enough to cap off the pipe on each end of the pipe that was rotten. They ran a new pipe in my ceiling, which not only fixed my pipe issue, but saved me $13,279 from the original quote I was given.
