“Jimmy helped me out of a jam my family had a couple weeks back where I had accidentally shut off our house’s main water valve without being able to get it back on. ( that should teach me to DIY a little less) It turned out our valves were pretty antiquated. Even though it was obviously very short notice, Jimmy prioritized our problem and worked very hard to get it all fixed in a timely fashion. He did not overcharge me for the trouble. We’re very thankful for the work Jimmy and his son did to get us our water back on.”

“Excellent service. Our condo association uses them. Yesterday the water supply line to our condo broke behind a concrete wall in the garage and PMS sent out a plumber by the name of Luis Perez. The trouble was the line broke between the house shutoff valve and the main valve which supplied about three other units. so time was of the essence. Using an electric chisel he cut away the concrete until he got to good pipe to work with and then rebuilt the piping to the house shutoff valve. He was very skilled in grinding. cutting. brazing and threading in the new piping and fittings. He used a an innovative dresser type coupling to join tbe incoming galvanized pipe to the copper pipe in the house to reduce the galvanic corrosion which is what broke the line in the first place.Total job took about 4 hours of work and this included a trip back to his shop to get fittings. This was also on a Friday afternoon. God send as the other houses were we're without water. Definitely the go-to plumbing company.”

The quality of the information was top notch. Ms. Barbara Taylor is a top level educator who cares about the quality of her teaching. She has a passion for what she does. She always reviewed what was covered the previous day so that we had the best chance to retain what we were learning. We were never over-fed information to where I felt overwhelmed. Greg, who handles the lab portion, is an excellent teacher for the hands-on portion. He takes you through the process first, then you follow his lead, then he lets you practice. He as well, never let us do more than we could take in so that we could get it right. He and Ms Barbara both were so good about giving positive reinforcement concerning our progress, reassuring us we were going to do fine. As well, you are given a WEALTH of information to take with you to get you REALLY going in this industry. The rating here can only go to 5 ⭐️‘s , but to me it was a 10!”

“I've used Royal Plumbing on multiple occasions. Each time, Russ has done excellent work, and was professional, friendly, and mindful of my property. He comes when he says he's going to come. He makes sure the repair is solid. He comes up with the best solution, handling the problem without unnecessary cost. Most recently, he replaced the wall valve for the waterline on my refrigerator, which meant cutting into the sheetrock - but he managed to do the work with only taking out a small square that will be a cinch to repair. After getting ridiculous offers from those companies even after on-site estimates, I called Steeg who were able to provide a fair estimate over the phone.
