Immediately call other local plumber and got appointment Monday morning. They canceled shortly stating that they not sure if they can fix this problem. I ask front desk lady if she can recommend some on good and reliable. She give name of All phase Pluming. They immediately made appointment between 1-2 and showed right on time. Before starting job technician did full inspection and told me he can resolve problem. The did great job cleaning system twice to make sure problem won't come back. Give advice on future maintenance and left place as clean is it was. Extremely courteous and professional way of handling customers. And bill was about half of what other company quoted me. “We have been fortunate to only have 2 plumbing issues in our house, thus far. Both times, Reilly Plumbing came out to fix the issues. The first one, another company came out and instead of fixing the issue, recommended that I did a procedure that would have cost upwards of $6K and my home warranty would not cover it. That is what led me to Reilly, after getting a referral from my home warranty service. They came out, worked with our home warranty service for payment, fixed the drain clog, did not try to sell me a costly and unnecessary service and we have not had a problem since. The second time, I called them was because our garbage disposal quit working after a long life of nearly 20 years. They came out and installed the new one, checked the surrounding fixtures and pipes for leaks and also cleaned up. Windows are big and let’s do much natural lighting in here. The dog park is super convenient too. The only thing is that if you’re a smoker, you can’t smoke on your balcony. Other than that, awesome place to live. I’ve had no issues.”
