“So glade I found Bonfe! They sent out Joe to handle my plumbing service call and from the moment he arrived was very polite and respectful of the current covid environment. He looked at my job, and was very efficient and straight forward with the situation. Turns out it was more complicated than I predicted. I had an immediate feeling of frustration looking at a larger expense and right away Joe said “hey don’t worry yet, let me sort through some different options and call my manager and see what we can do for you. We want to make you happy I’m sure we can figure something out”. He really came through for me and we came to a great middle ground and handled the job. Additionally he had a no pressure sales tactic, just laid out the options and details of their monthly service plan benefits and got me signed up for that. I’m usually not big on those deals but it’s really worth it for all the inspections and discounts! Also, Jason came out for inspection and was very pleasant and efficient. If these guys are a good representation of the other techs hired I feel we’re taken care of with this company.”

“Today our toilet tank cracked and water was EVERYWHERE on the bathroom floor! After being told by our home warranty company that this was not something that was covered under our warranty I called 3 different plumbers. Each one told me that they couldn’t send a plumber out until tomorrow. Mind you this is our ONLY working toilet in the house! The last plumbing company referred me to Pat. “Bought a house and within one year the downstairs HVAC unit was shot and potentially leaking CO into the house. The home inspector had accidentally listed the unit as 5 years old instead of 14. All of this was uncovered when I had Synergy out for a routine winter service and they quickly found an issue, explained and showed it to me, and shut the unit down at the gas line for safety reasons for me and my family. Scott gave me my options, including replacing the heat exchanger, and gave me space to seek other quotes and make a decision. I decided to go with Synergy, who I had used at my last house where they were able to cost effectively extend the life of my unit. Peanut and Chris came out promptly the next morning and got the unit changed within 2 hours. They also installed a sleek, stainless finish programmable thermostat that I can control from my phone. The experience was tough and expensive given I thought I had more than 10 years left on my unit, but they made it as easy and painless as possible. Nice, respectable, knowledgeable, no messing around. Overall a great experience!”
