“Had Mark from Thurow Plumbing come to help reinstall everything due to us swapping out our countertop. He was friendly and most importantly he was efficient! He had everything hooked back up within and hour and a half. Mark also spent the extra time to make sure everything was working as planned and checking for leaks. “Replaced my kitchen sink and faucet on my own… but when attempting to connect the new faucet I ran into a problem beyond my skill level (which was limited to begin with). The water valves would need replaced. I did the work on a Saturday and found this out on a Sunday morning. I had no luck when I called around (either left a message or was told someone might be able to come out later in the week); no luck until I called Arn’s Plumbing. Duane called me right back just before he was heading to church. He was able to have someone come out the next day which was incredible to me. Levi and his apprentice came out and replaced the valves, connected the faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and assembled the remaining piping all in less than an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently and charged me a fair price. More than fair considering the time they saved me by finishing the job for me. It has been over a month now and everything is working great. I will definitely be reaching out to Arn’s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.”

“Ok I just wanna put a post out here for people who might be dealing with any Air Conditioning issues in the near future or like us who’ve been without AC since the end of April. We had several quotes from other companies all different in price and equipment. But I want to give a huge shout out to GB Comfort Services LLC. Kevin and his wife Dana have been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. I might add his worker Mike is amazing as well. By far this was nothing short of the most professional company I’ve dealt with and I mean from the beginning to showing up to give an estimate on a Saturday to following through to the finish line today. I ended up Going with a 4 ton 16 seer Armstrong unit which is made by Lennox and is compatible with our current furnace I also added the UV light and went with the Ecobee wireless wifi sensor thermostat. I’m a tech junkie so for me laying in bed to adjust the thermostat is a no brainer. In addition prior to our install our attic fan burned out a week ago so just imagine with the heat the past few days how hot our home was. I tried finding someone to repair no call backs. Well Kevin made a call to his electrician who’s name is Kevin also and he came out today to hook up a new attic fan I must say all and all we are so happy we chose them for this job. They will also be coming back for some plumbing repairs. I usually don’t write posts like this but felt compelled to do so. I can also add I’ve never had a company clean up their mess to this degree before and not leave one piece of trash behind along with vacuuming and discarding all trash. “Recently found that our bathroom shower was pouring water into the basement. Called N E Bob Waltz the next morning and they scheduled me for the following day. The mechanics called to confirm the morning off about 15 min prior to arrival, they were friendly and professional. From start to finish it took them about 30-40 minutes to identify the issue, explain to me what they found and the repairs they were going to do, make the repairs and test them, and write up the work order.
