“We had a sewer line that was clogged and backing up into our basement. I had one plumber who came and snaked the line but recommended I have the line water jetted. They quoted me about $1000 for the jetting. A week after they snaked the line we were backed up again. I contacted a rotorooting company who gave me an estimate of $600.00 for jetting. They came out for about 10 min and refused to jet or snake the line unless a clean out was put in, and they charged me $90.00. Needless to say i was frustrated. I contacted James from JKC he answered right away and came out the next day to check out the issue. He ran a camera through the line and recommended a clean out be put in the yard in addition to having the lines jetted. It wasn't cheap about $2700.00. I paid the money and James did the work, and I am pleased with the new clean out, and sewer line is clear. Throughout this process I called at least 10 different plumbing companies, many of which were not helpful in the least, and several never even returned my call. I will say JKC WILL answer your call and he WILL be there to help you. I highly recommend you contact JKC for your plumbing needs.”

Bought a new home in the area for my daughter and the nosy neighbor kept bothering my daughter about the backflow on the property. I live in NY at the moment and needed to confirm if there was an issue. I called Babes and they were out within the hour to inspect the backflow valve on my property. As I expected the backflow was deemed to be operating perfectly and doing it's job. The tech called me and relayed the info to me and didn't even charge me the trip fee. “I have used J Schulz for past items and have always been pleased with with work and professionalism that Kurt provides. Had an emergency plumbing issue over Memorial Day weekend with shower faucets valves that were striped from age and use. They would not turn off and it required me to turn the water off to the house until this could be repaired. My home was built in 1979 and these were the original plumbing fixtures and I was a little concerned that my wall would need to be gutted to make the repair. Kurt not only showed up quickly on a Sunday (over Memorial Day weekend) and quickly replaced the pair of shower valves and got my shower up and running where I could turn the water off and on again. I really expected the cost to be off the chain as it was not only an emergency call but over a Federal holiday weekend. Not so, it was more than fair and reasonable. “After reading some of the bad reviews you can sometimes have regrets about using a company but it wasn’t like this with Cooter’s plumbing/septic company. Gary and his crew made fast work of replacing the broken septic tank in our yard and created a whole new system in a few days. They were open to our wants of location and made the job look easy. An added benefit was the fact that they were also able to create a stream crossing for us to replace the unsafe steep slope which I had been using. The guys dug out big hunks of limestone, laid culvert pipe and dirt, and then smoothed out the area with a nice wide nearly level road. While I “could” have done this with my tractor, it took them 3 hours for what would have taken me a solid week of working to complete. We could not be happier with this company!”

“I 100% recommend these guys and will be using them exclusively from now on. I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the "main stack". One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement). Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement). Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness. 1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys. 2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated. 3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets! 4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it. I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!”
