“Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp. “Integrity Plumbing was assigned to handle my plumbing claim through my HSA home warranty. They were not chosen by me. There were numerous communication mishaps during the claim process. It was possibly a little bit of both our faults. I became extremely angry with their female office manger, Deana. She knew I was not a happy camper. I called her later to apologize for raising my voice to her when I realized that there was still a problem. The average person would have not handled me as well as Deana did. All she really wanted and cared about was to take care of me, the customer, despite my anger. Therefore, she sent someone out again to make it right. It didn’t seem like they are out to put a financial detriment on the customer. It seemed like they really cared about the customer. Would I choose Integrity Plumbing if I was given a choice? Integrity Plumbing would be the first company I’d call!!! Deana puts the meaning into their business name: Integrity. Thanks so much Integrity Plumbing!!!!”

“I’ve used Bart for twenty years to keep our plumbing working. I’m the maintenance manager in a nursing facility with staff housing. Bart does it right. No short cuts. You may find someone cheaper but it’s usually pay now or pay later. One time Bart was putting together some threaded pipe and he put Teflon tape on the threads and then put pipe sealer dope on top of the tape. I asked Bart why he used both Teflon tape and pipe dope and he said, “I don’t want it to leak”. If Bart fixes your plumbing it won’t leak.”

“Our first experience was with Joe. We needed our galvanized pipes replaced after getting a whole home water system installed. Joe gave us a more than fair reasonable estimate compared to others. He did excellent work, didn’t leave a mess, and was super friendly to our 3yr old daughter. Our second experience was with Cody and Matt. We had a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal installed. Cody took the time to explain everything to me, in the event stuff didn’t fit. “I called the the drain guys and Parker came over for a clogged drain. He quickly found a problem with my main sewer line. He discussed a couple solutions and then we found one that was best fit for me. We decided to replace the main sewer line and they did a wonderful job. The job went very smooth. “Called these guys late on a Saturday and Jacob came to the rescue. My main water shutoff valve inside my house was leaking and needed repair immediately. He responded quickly with a quote and was on his way. Also gave me information about getting my utility company on-site to shutoff my water at the street.
