We had them come out and they video camera'd the line. The technician showed me the camera and explained that we had roots in our line and what the next steps were. We ended up having to replace the pipe because of the root invasion but they were able to get the repair done all in one day so we didn't have to get a hotel and we haven't had any issues since.
