“Denna is great! She went above and beyond to help me provide the proper information for a package that I returned to a company that was not delivered because they were not there. By doing so she helped me receive a $1608 refund from Paypal that I otherwise would not have if she hadn't been so helpful. I visit many post offices often and I have seen how many people get upset with postal employees when they're just doing their job and following proper rules and regulations. On one occasion I witnessed this happening to Deanna, and she remained very calm and politely educated to the customer certain rules surrounding priority mail vs first class etc. I've witnessed other employees not maintain a helpful attitude when dealing with negative &/or uneducated customers, however Deanna kept her composure and went about informing the customer and finding the solution in a proper manner. She is the reason I return to this post office on a regular basis.”

The Golden West Lodge does not have valet parking or valet or even room service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I won't say how much the rates are but I do find the prices fair. There is plenty to do in the immediate area such as shopping, restaurants, Bowers Museum, Discovery Center and even the local Santa Ana Zoo. There's something for everyone in this area so if you're bored you can only blame yourself. A lot of the local citizens stay at the Golden West Lodge. So if you like to meet people or instead just people-watch this is a good place to do both. I hope this review helps you out.”

“I had to go to this location for my passport needs and it was a lengthy wait. However Ms. Cynthia was kind, swift and incredibly helpful. She made the experience worth the wait and if I ever have to go back to the post office I will try to get Cynthia. She’s truly a person who enjoys her job and helping others.
