This is a pick up for the local neighborhoods which I appreciate that I don't have to go to a retail post office and stand in line to get my packages, which doesn't happen often. The staff here is nice and very helpful when you have an issue. Several times they've helped me find a lost package or pick up a package that would have otherwise been late due to the shipper.”

“I went to apply in person for a passport after scheduling online. I forgot my application at home and had to fill it out in person (they have them available there) they were very patient with me. I only waited a short amount of time past my appointment time and was treated with respect. The clerk did a great job of explaining the process and what to expect next. She also did a really nice job with the photo.”

“The people that work there are very nice and courteous. They do seem a bit overworked and that postal office can get crowded FAST. Despite the long lines, they try to help as many people as they can. I have gone there for the past 4 years and I have had a great experience with everyone who works there. “Not a bad post office. I have to go to this office because the Hidden Lake Post Office has been closed forever and the USPS does not care about repairing the facility and reopening it. For years, I have had to pick up packages here though there are 2 post offices much closer by. USPS never makes sense...probably one reason why they are ALWAYS in financial problems! Employees here are usually friendly though they never ask for ID when picking up certified mail. The USPS is not what it used to be. I wonder why it takes weeks to get a Certified Letter card back. In the 1980s it took 2 days?”
