The head USPS person is typically available for direct questions, just ask. I got some clarifications about a mailbox issue I was looking into. Very helpful. Rates are clearly displayed above the counter and often has a wide selection of stamps on display. The parking lot can be a little annoying from time to time. And watch out, people always park in the no parking zone on the road to use the mailbox, which can get pretty dangerous.”
