Since we knew when we sent it, he was able to come up with the tracking number - and then tell us exactly when and where it was delivered.....which ultimately allowed our daughter to find where the package was....and enjoy a present from home! This includes looking within the post office, and ALSO includes getting the route person involved (who has contacted me directly to resolve issues).
