“Current resident coming up on two years. Nicole is a great manager and has been doing a lot to improve the property and encourage community. The quad is well kept and the pool is always clean. They recently upgraded the pool area, and are working on the laundry facilities. The community could use more security in terms of cameras because the area is ripe with break-ins according to the next-door app and personal experience. One of the few pet friendly complexes that actually is gated. Lovely apartment complex with abundant greenery and totally worth it. Will review again when we know the move out process and get our first house, but as far as day to day life, it's good and the area is up and coming.”
