They have little price tags on some of the furniture and they said we can buy them if we wanted too. (BTW Love the rattan chair! “The setting is fantastic. I'm content here; I currently have calm people upstairs, which is a plus. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The maintenance crew is on top of things and responds fast to any issues I've ever mentioned. The ladies in the office are kind and accommodating to requirements. The management is moderate and open to suggestions for compromise. They hold parties on holidays, which is fantastic. I believe the problems here stem from outside the complex, such as homeless persons wanting to get to the pool for a swim or loud older kids that generate a commotion at the pool because they don't reside here.”
