“My hubby and I truly love living here! We've been here since September of 2022. We also have our little dog. Here are the things I love: Lanscape: One of the things I love about this place is the landscaping. There's so much greenery and there's a mountain right behind us. I love how there's a trail located a mile from us. Maintenance is done throughout the property several times a week. Parking: There's no any issues with parking although we've noticed that there's less parking available nowadays. Some cars stay parked in the same spot for months! Maintenance: professional and timely with any requested repairs or maintenance. Security: The only problem/issue I have here is security. It's an open apartment complex meaning anyone can walk off the street and roam the complex. Our bike was stolen off of our patio area. I've seen several transients and have reported them every time. I even found one in the laundry mat area. I've also seen transients hanging out in the tennis courts since they gate to tennis courts is unlocked, which then leads to the community pool. Although there is a security company, they only work 10pm-6am and I've found transients outside of these hours. Leasing office: The leasing office is hit or miss. A lot of the time, they're not even there. The application fee was also very expensive. But, they have made and continue to make improvements throughout and I'm happy to be able to enjoy them. Overall, happy to be living here for my first apartment!”

“Newer apartments, which means nearly everything is clean and in good working order. Maintenance is quick to respond to repair requests. Office staff is friendly, helpful, but sometimes disorganized (just stay on top of your paperwork and you'll be fine). Biggest complaint I have is mandatory valet trash at $25/month. It's basically a dollar-a-day service for someone to walk my bag of trash over to the dumpster. I'm sorry, but I can easily do that myself, thank you. Since this fee is mandatory, it really should be included in the rent. As such, this is borderline false-advertising. They probably do it so that their "advertised" rent is competitive with the other nearby apartments. But, if you take this to the extreme: Imagine if they advertised that rent was just $100/month, but there's a mandatory $1600 valet trash service. Same difference, bad business practice, don't do it. Summary: Great place to live, minus 1 star for mandatory valet trash fee.”

“We’ve lived here a few months. We’ve had ups and downs. However, I REALLY do enjoy the unit and the complex. It’s a good bang for your buck! What really made me happy was last night our AC started making a terrible noise. When the complex opened today, I called and talked to Kristi about the AC. It was so bad, the apt wasn’t cooling off and it was hard to keep the AC on without it completely breaking. She sent over maintenance. Troy was at our unit within twenty min and worked for a VERY long time until it was fixed. He was super curteous and super kind. The quick service meant so much to me in this heat, especially with a kiddo and being pregnant! Thank you”
