The new management I took over almost a year ago, have been quite nice. I’m pretty quick to fixing problems however the Internet provider TDS was lackluster. The Internet would barely work and when it did work, it would be a low data point I do not enjoy paying $50 a month for maybe 20 MB of download speed. When I could pay the same at other places and get 300 MB down on speed. But other than the Wi-Fi problem, Brant Creek was an enjoyment to live at I recommend.”

“Absolutely loved our stay at Hub50. We were connected through Compass and worked with Adam to set up our 2 week stay with our son who had surgery at Boston’s children hospital. Due to the length of our stay and our sons recovery we knew we needed to stay somewhere that felt like home, was clean and we would be able to cook meals and do laundry, through the hospital website We were connected with Adam and Compass and he was able to provide us with a couple options. eventually we decided to pick Hub50 and we are so glad we did. The apartment itself was extremely clean and very welcoming the beds were so soft and the view was amazing. The house was stocked with pots and pans and dishes, clean linens and towels and it really felt like home. The concierge staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for all our needs. We had issues with Wi-Fi our first couple nights but they were so quick to respond and help us get it fixed so we were able to work from the apartment while staying there. It was centrally located and we were able to hop on the green line to the hospital or take an Uber. We could walk everywhere we needed and there was so many food option and a grocery store around the corner. This was the most amazing location. I cannot say enough good things about the quick communication, the wonderful service and the amazing cleanliness of the apartment. We will have to continue care in Boston and have future trips ahead so we plan on contacting Adam and Compass again for those long stays.”

“I've lived at Hayfield Park for 2 years now and have never had a single complaint. No one lives above or below you, so you never have to worry about loud upstairs neighbors or carrying your groceries up several flights of stairs. Maintenance lives on site, so any emergency maintenance issues will be resolved quickly. The laundry facilities are clean and affordable. There are several dumpsters, so you'll never have to walk too far. The walls have a sort of double insulation. I'm not sure what it's called, but there is a diagram in the front office. But this means that the noise from neighboring apartments is minimal. Most importantly though, the Property Manager is fantastic. She knows this property like the back of her hand. Nothing goes on in this community that she doesn't know about. Because of her attentiveness, this community is and feels very safe. I've never had packages stolen off my doorstep. Never any vandalism to my car. Or had any issues with my neighbors. Both the property manager and the maintenance men are quick to respond to any maintenance concerns. I've never had any issues that weren't resolved in a timely manner. The property manager runs a tight ship which makes Hayfield Park a fantastic place to live.”
