“Today is our last day here at the Palm Tree home. This home has met all of our needs for the duration of our stay. We have enjoyed the paddle boards, paddle boats, and kayaks. My kids loved the pool!!! This house seriously has everything you would need. My only suggestion would be to have more blankets/comforters on hand. There is an abundance of pillows, bed sheets, pillow cases, and flat sheets. Mike, the owner, is super friendly and welcoming us upon our arrival. The nice lady who came to clean the pool was helpful in suggesting awesome places for us to hit up. Totally recommend for any large family vacation!!!!!”

“As a resident of Tivalli Apartments, I have really appreciated Community Northwest. Team Leaders Chris and Amanda Rubio (members of CNW) put on wonderful community events a few times each month. Some of the events they create and host are football potlucks, movie nights, morning brunches, growlers, and holiday parties. They put so much thought into each event and welcome everyone who walks in the door. For example, the Christmas party was a blast. There was an ugly sweater contest, and a raffle with drawings every 10 minutes. They catered a beautiful spread of horderves, wine, and beer. Because of these events I feel close to my community and proud to be apart of it!”

“I like it. Everything you need to live properly. It’s a place for people who are slightly below average. People are nice, the area doesn’t look too bad. The “Gym” though, is garbage. It has one treadmill, one bench press thing, one hiking machine, and one biking machine. There aren’t even dumbbells or weights. Pool is good, but it’s closed for spring and winter. And fall. There’s lots of train noise here, but it’s not always. You can get a good nights sleep.”
