“I haven’t even moved in all the way. And Bobby the manager was very helpful I called her about 4x doing my application and she helped me didn’t get annoyed at all was very patient. She approved us fast and got us into our place in a timely manner. Since we have been staying in a hotel since June 27th. I thought she was a really nice person, I even met Freida at her sister property who was honest and to the point. I guess from reading the reviews I didn’t get that impression. Hopefully our year here is awesome.”

“I have lived in a few different apartment complexes in three different states. Savannah Ridge in Norman, OK has been my absolute favorite. I am coming up on two years of living here and only have small, miniscule complaints. Move in was so clean, property managers are so kind and helpful, and it's a quiet but supportive community (best of both worlds in my opinion). Maintenance can sometimes get backed up but they do their best staying on top of it and bringing in help. The good thing is they are always communicative so you are aware of what's going on. They hold fun events to keep the community alive. Pool is nice and new fitness center is coming! Cannot recommend this complex enough.”

During the finalization, I accompanied Franchesca's activity, always very friendly and extremely professional and efficient. The construction company is very good, the finish of excellent quality and good taste. We had a magnificent accompaniment, Pan that takes care of the bureaucratic part, made everything easier. I'm loving being at the house and whenever necessary, with prompt service. I recommend!!”

“I have to say that this was the cleanest and most comfortable lodging I've ever stayed. That's saying a lot being my girlfriend & I are world travelers. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this. It is literally fully furnished. Everything from laundry detergent to wine glasses - which both we used. The location couldn't be any better, with the beach and many local foods spots with a mile from the estate. We really, really enjoyed out stay here. “I lived at the Osprey for almost 2 years. Let’s just say I loved it! From day one the team at the leasing office and the maintenance team were nothing but amazing! When I say no issues. If any, they handled it immediately! I would like to say my son loved stopping at the office every morning to greet everyone before heading out to daycare. Dawson, Josh, Hannah and Kelly were awesome. Rachel the Manager made sure we were taken care of during our stay. I’d recommend this place if you ever decide to move to Aberdeen or the Harford county area. I can’t forget about the neighbors. We all looked out for each other in our building. Thank you again to the staff at The Osprey Apartments for a great stay. We will never forget you all!”
