“Probably the best Big Bear Lake Cabin I have ever stayed at, ever. This place is huge, lots of space for family and friends to sleep, play, hang out, and have a great time. The game room is full size, not just a couple games. The Kitchen is updated with everything you’ll ever need. It’s in a corner lot, so there’s plenty of space for parking, and you can literally walk to Bear Mountain Resort with your ski/snowboard. If you golf, the course is about 100 yards away. I will definitely be staying here again. No other place comes close on features, value for the money, amenities, and just good overall Big Bear Lake feel. It’s in a prime location, and there’s even a shuttle nearby that will drive you to the Village in case you’re drinking or having too much fun to worry about driving. My #1 choice from now on when I want an amazing place to stay from now on!!”

I've been pretty mobile from New Orleans to Atlanta over the last 10 years and, of all the places I've stayed, Beacon at Lake Lanier for me is, BY FAR, the best place I've lived. It's very quiet, peaceful, and the staff has been extremely responsive and friendly since moving in. I worked with Anthony Payero when moving in. Made the process super smooth and easy for me. Glad to have gotten out of downtown Atlanta and would highly recommend this place. After stepping a foot inside of the first model home, this was easily a no brainer for me. Still feel the same way after being here for over a month now.”

He, himself answered the phone & he gave me time to listen to what I was interested in doing for a property investment, & much to my pleasure, he wasn't one of the people who’ll tell you that it's not possible to get a home for whatever low-end budget that others (real estate agents, etc) have seemed to not even be interested in helping me figure out. Jay sent me some good information, which I still need to figure out, as it's my first time buying a home, & finding a good home is stressful, but in this market, if you find something you're interested in, you don't mull it over. You jump on that property like a cheetah because it'll be gone by lunchtime. “I lived at Keelers Corner for 2 years, May 2020 - May 2022. Great size 2 bedroom ground floor unit apartment. Great size porches. Great layout of the floor plans. Kitchen cabinets paint chips after a little while so I personally think they need to remodel their kitchens and update them. The cabinets are on the tail end. Pool was in working order during on season. Great little fitness gym. The basketball court could use brighter lighting. The staff were helpful and proactive. Maintenance fixed all natural issues in a timely manner. Too much dog poop throughout the community the entirety of me living there. I did have my bike stolen from my back porch so just secure it well. I would recommend this place to my friends. I say the dog poop is really the only drawback. No longer having dogs in the complex would help this place greatly! Thank you Keelers Corner for doing a great job!”
