We were selling our condo in Wrigleyville remotely (we live in Texas), and Scott was incredibly helpful in making trips into the city to handle whatever in-person responsibilities were necessary. He coordinated a light remodel including finding awesome local vendors at a good price, managing their access to the unit and ensuring they did a great job. We had some late damage that occurred to the unit (in the middle of negotiations) and Scott was able to assess and guide us through appropriate next steps to make it a non-issue.
