“Great apartment for large breed dogs and families. I've lived here three separate times, each time with different management. The current manager seems to be making great improvements in the community. There are dog waste stations everywhere which keeps everything much cleaner. Of course there will always be a couple residents who are lazy but it definitely helps! The apartments are older so sometimes mantaince is needed, they always come out in a timely manner to fix things. I would definitely consider Kings Gate if you are looking for an apartment.”

“Leasing team was absolutely lovely! They were very helpful with questions (we had tons) and replied promptly over email. Thank you Nassira, Corina, Jessica and Neda! The apartments were well-built, spacious (for the price), stocked with the necessary appliances, and the facilities (gym, lounge, outdoor oven, bbq pits) are just excellent. We felt safe walking about, and never have to worry about any parcel/delivery situation. Neighbors are friendly and kind. The maintenance team is super friendly and helpful too! “My boyfriend and I lived here for two years and loved our apartment. By far the most professional staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with and the grounds are immaculate. Absolutely no issues from our initial visit to the move out process. If my boyfriend and I remained in Denver, without question, would have signed another year. Pros - added security of entering building, then your apartment - two washer and dryers located at end of hall on each floor - spacious kitchen with functional appliances - quiet neighbors (95% of the time) - absurd amount of storage available (especially for a minimalist) - gorgeous pool view (for one side of the building) - packages delivered right to your door Cons - large parties on the weekend during summer months around pool area (until dusk generally), didn’t actually use pool and noise a bit excessive at times - cigarette smoking noticeable on the first floor (sometimes) As quite a few discussed the plumbing - I personally never found an issue with this. Maintenance was noted clearly with sufficient notice and typically handled during ‘normal’ business hours, 8a-5p. I’m more impressed the team continued regular maintenance rather than wait for a major issue to occur. Saying that though, I do remember a leaking incident on the first floor, but even this was handled quickly. Thank you Prescott for an excellent two years! You are now the standard by which I judge future apartments.”
