“We haven't been in the apartments for very long, but they are amazing. Everything is done professionally and in a timely manner. Pam, the manager here, is very sweet and very direct with the leasing process and how to navigate your stay here. They had to put a new AC unit in and it was done only a few days after we moved in (due to the fact we moved on a weekend). Pam is very easy to communicate with and is very good about getting back to you. Not only that, but when they did put in the AC unit, management made sure to come by and give us a heads up so that we weren't caught off guard. You can tell that everyone here is very experienced in this line of work, and has done it for a long time. So if you're looking for a nice apartment to stay in with friendly neighbors and is located in Jackson Township, this is a great place to look!”

It was noisy in certain areas but overall not too bad. Now it is under new management and the looks alone is amazing. I loved the newly renovated apartment and the environment the new team has brought in. Melissa helped me through the process and those go my move in date was pushed back due to the renovations, seeing the unit made it worth the wait. “We stayed at 2405 Avenue B. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything has everything you need. My husband and I loved the location and the convenience of hopping on the trolly. Every day we went and explored the entire Island and beaches! The shopping center is a 15 minute walk with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the bay was 1 block. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Booking with island vacations was very easy via the website and the app for all of the necessary information needed for the week. Looking forward to staying on the Island again!”
