“Strongly recommend. Lived here five years for context. You cannot beat the location. You’ve got a nature trail immediately down the hill, downtown is a five-minute walk, and Kent State’s campus is under a mile walk. Staff and maintenance have always been very friendly and responsive, and you get a good bit of space for what you're paying. Would recommend getting a window AC unit. I'm content with fans most of the time, but there's a couple weeks in summer when AC is tough to go without.”
