“Best apartment complex so far, Management is great, easy to talk to and understanding. On-site maintenance is always available though you hardly need them no issues at all. Peaceful and gated community with security patrolling the complex. The only downside is the other residents who do not know how keep the garbage bins clean. I recommend this apartment complex, It's unfortunate we had to move out due to employment moving locations.”

“I was a Resident at Provenza for 1.5 years. Move in and out went smoothly. I never had any issues. Management was proactive and the community is nice. I didn’t hear neighbors, so I assume well insulated. Gates didn’t always work, but they recently fixed them. I had a garage so I never had a parking problem. Once a friend visited overnight (I forgot to register their car as a guest) and it was towed. That cost me about $350 dollars, but that was my fault. Just know the apartments are nice, but parking spaces are for the people who live here. If you have a guest stay, make sure to register their vehicle in the online portal. Nice place, well insulated, proactive management and some fun activities organized by staff. You don’t have to participate, but nice options if you want to interact with other residents. Overall 5-stars based on my experience.”

“Fishing on Lake Erie is always fun but fishing with Capt. Tony makes it exciting! Mega Bites is a comfortable, roomy boat that is perfect for fishing in a group and the dock is easy to find (right under the Vermilion water tower). Lake Erie is vast and it is hard to believe that anyone could know all the best fishing spots but Capt. Tony does. He is fun, knowledgeable, and a great teacher for those of us who know nothing about fishing. Follow his lead and you will get to experience hooking a walleye which is one of the best things I have ever done. You forget that you are on Lake Erie and not on the ocean when that walleye starts to run... Had a blast and will definitely go out again and again with Capt. Tony.”
