“I do miss the bagels from the old Coffee Grinder but with that being said, Kettleman’s has very good bagels at an okay price. I just wish Kettleman’s bagels had a bit more flavor, it’s almost like they’re missing an ingredient or something. But they are way better than a grocery store bagel, and worth the difference in price. I got a porkroll egg and cheese on an everything bagel with salt pepper and ketchup. My mom also got a porkroll egg and cheese, and we also ordered 6 bagels on the side. All together the total came to $23. It is a bit pricy but that’s what you’re going to pay for the quality. Even after driving 25 minutes back home, our sandwiches were still nice and warm when we ate them. As I said before the bagels and sandwich all together seemed a little lacking in flavor and didn’t “hit the spot” as much as we’d expected but they were still very good and we’ll be back eventually.”

“My husband and I ate here for the first time, and we were certainly not disappointed. I ordered the meat sampler plate and was in heaven. Ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, bbq chicken, rib tips, 2 sides, and corn bread! Ok, can I just say that my husband and I were SO in love with the corn bread. We called it sweet corn butter cake, and we both refused to leave one crumb on our plate. The chicken was so juicy, flavorful, and tender. The beef brisket was my Favorite meat on my plate. The ribs seem to have won many trophies and have now received Our #1 ribs in Illinois award. The eat-in area is huge and So southern kitchen/restaurant style. We loved it! I will say the service and employees were also friendly and welcoming. We have deemed this our new Go to BBQ joint! It's so worth it!”

“Decided to try this spot after passing it by a few times. So glad we did! Prices were fair and the service was great. We got the spicy chicken burger and the dearborn special and it was delicious. The fry on the chicken was perfect and their nar jahanem sauce is killer, make sure to get it spiced up. The kefta flavor is lovely. Overall, they use lots of fresh ingredients and the food was packed with flavor. The side of rice needs to be utilized with one of the dishes, was a tad underseasoned. We will be back to try the bowl combos.”

“2 year old loves it, surprisingly they have a whole section for toddlers. No admission fee, we stop by for an hour or so on a cold/rainy day and have indoor fun on a budget! We've been many times and try to go on Monday evenings because the Chuck E. Cheese performer is especially good. He takes time to interact with the kids, is patient and it makes their day 😁 (we have been other days and the Chuck E is not as enthusiastic haha.) Staff is friendly and helpful. “For a gas station it is a pretty solid grocery store and almost a diner too. The biscuit and gravy is what made me want to review them though, it was good, real good. Maybe i was just hungry. The staff have never been short or rude to me, but not much for small talk, which is fine. Clean restrooms. Clean floors, neat shelves, no dust collecting on shelves or product which tells me they pay attention to detail. If i had to say something negative, the gas pump advertisements are too loud... it may be out of their control, still... too loud.”

We had enough for 3 meals. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was we had to wait for a LONG for the waitress to come do a refill. It wasn't crowded at all only and another gentleman. “Wow!! Super impressed with the Korai kitchen.. we decided to give this place a try because of their high ratings and their unique menu. We tried the egg curry and Labra special portioned for one. For the sides, you can pick rice, dal and dry aloo sabzi or pulao rice (with egg) or upgrade to chicken biryani. We loved the homely taste and the mild spices. The restaurant only allows take outs and deliveries currently and it's best to call and pre-order even for a take out (they had our food ready within half an hour). I highly recommend this restaurant, we will definitely go back to try more varieties!”
