“Stopped in on our trip through Oklahoma. The food was delightful and delicious. For small town, Oklahoma, this food reminded my Mexican husband of Mexico! The milanesa rivaled that of many of his hometown (in) Mexico restaurants. The Enchiladas Velacruz were delicious. The grilled shrimp were cooked deliciously, and the sauce was very enjoyable. I honestly wish there was a touch more sauce... but i didn't ask for more, so that is on me. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Friendly staff and attentive service. The waiter didn't miss a beat when my husband spoke Spanish. I left an item on the table, and it was caught quickly and returned. Overall a great meal & we would return in a heartbeat 💓.”

We were instructed to order at the kiosk, pay and then sit down at the table the dine in area was clean and so where the bathrooms. We waited about 15 minutes for food it came out hot and fresh. I appreciate the two employees that were still there when we left I thank them for coming in today and working their shift nowadays it isn't easy working short staff but they were rock stars!”

“We were craving Chinese takeout tonight and I didn't feel like driving to our favorite restaurant, (Fire Wok), at Vilano Beach. I remembered reading that a new family from Chicago took over the China Wok in the Winn-Dixie North Plaza and decided to give them a try. I was honestly a little nervous as this place used to have, IMO, the worst Chinese food in all of St. Augustine. I have given them a few chances over the years and the food was always terrible. Our experience tonight was totally different. When I went in to pick up our order I noticed the restaurant was extremely clean and repainted with murals on the walls, (a huge difference from before as it always appeared dingy). The lady who gave me my my order was also extremely kind. We ordered Hot and Sour Soup,(extra spicy), Egg drop and Wonton Soup, Beef with Broccoli and Szechuan Beef, (extra spicy). What a huge difference from before! Every single thing we ate was delicious...they even made my dishes extra spicy as requested. The included egg rolls were obviously hand made, flavorful and not greasy at all. I'm happy we decided to give this place another try and would recommend it based on tonight's experience.”

While we didn't get the full dinner experience, we enjoyed a lighter lunch and tried one of their signature pizzas and the Mediterranean salad. The salad was fresh and perfect for a hot summer day. People check in on you and clear your table. The beer is delicious. Their salads are so yummy. I recommend the Bright Penny salad with shaved beef. Their pizza is so good too. We got the Mash potato pizza. Think a loaded mashed potato on pizza. Sounds weird, but it works! Oh my goodness...I have to talk about the deviled eggs. They offer a variety of deviled eggs and you can order flights of eggs. They were so damn good, y'all. You can eat indoors or choose from a seat out on the deck, or picnic table on the lawn, or a table in the beirgarten area. A super nice place to spend a Saturday afternoon. Check this place out.”
