“My Fiancé and I went here on purpose. I heard about the $9.99 lunch buffet and had to come try it! Let me say, this isn't the traditional buffet. They bring you portions of the best foods ever. The chicken and rice soup was excellent, it was so good I had to ask why it was on the buffet. “Great food. I got chicken dinners and fries the first time I went, then got the chicken Caesar salad this time and it was the best one I've ever had. I came back a few weeks later and we got the steak nachos as an appetizer along with the Mac n cheese bites. Both were delicious. He was on top of everything we needed on the table and even knew things we needed without asking. He was super kind and patient with our children at the table. When we left, we left a pacifier on the table and he ran out to give it back to us. Honestly, he didn't need to and it could have just been trashed but he went the extra mile to make sure that we got it. “At the end of West Broad Street, as it turns into Broad Street Road and begins its long journey to Ohio, there is the westernmost bar in Richmond. The Sunset Grill. A place where the farmers of Goochland rub elbows with the lawyers and accounts of Henrico. All around a well apportioned bar in the front, with white table cloth tables in the back. The bar is in and of itself a perfect metaphor for the area in which it is located. Even better, it's actually a grill. The burger ordered on their Monday burger night had the grill marks and char you would expect. Even better they use Dukes Mayo. Only a truly self aware Richmond Bar offers Dukes, and it's a sign of quality. I went back a few weeks later for another happy hour special, the shrimp, and again enjoyed it immensely. The staff were always great the ambiance of the bar area was electric. People come here for a good time, and they find it. Good food, good drinks. What more can you ask for?”

The sushi selection is smaller compared to the previous ownership, but it is still good. The nigiri portions are generous and you can ask to have rolls deep fried for an extra dollar. I can't speak for the hibachi, as I only ever get sushi here, but I'm happy with it. The waitstaff has been very kind and hospitable both times, as well.
