“Went with my friend and her mom a couple weeks ago. Me and my friend did the all you can eat option and her mom ordered the tempura veggies (not sure of the name). The sushi dishes we got from the all you can eat menu was really good, the only one I wasn’t into was the Philadelphia roll because I felt like the cheese to fish ratio was off with the cheese being a bit overpowering. Service was pretty good. We loved the robots that bring out the food 😂😊. We went slow, only ordering one roll at a time for each of us to make sure we didn’t order more than we can handle since you have to pay a little under a dollar for each roll you have leftover at the end. We ate everything we ordered though so it was fine. Definitely recommend for sushi lovers. The yakisoba we got a different time we went was also very good. Recommend for small groups of friends, maybe not the best restaurant to bring toddlers too though if your kid is a picky eater.”

My fiance and I used to order from the one in South Hempstead often, but they've been slacking, so we decided to try this location. BAM it's a winner! We got four different burritos and each one was stuffed with deliciousness and tasted fresh. The service is also top notch and we were welcomed warmly and treated like old friends. We'll definitely be back. The only thing we think they can do better on is the size of the queso cups. They serve a puny little side portion.”

I might add that I feel people of all ethnicities and all races could come here enjoy a meal and I feel very comfortable going in and out of the restaurant and in the restaurant itself.”

“I randomly stopped in on a Wednesday for lunch by myself. I was told it was Burger Wednesday, so I went ahead and ordered one. Great choice! “I pass 3 other Chinese takeout/delivery restaurants just to come to New China Spring because they are my fav. I included some pictures to show the amount of food they give, you can't really eat it all in one night and it's still SOOO GOOD the next day. I order the beef and broccoli lo mein- the carrots are thick and crispy, as well as the broccoli, they taste so fresh and not soggy & limp, full of MSG. Oh and the noodles too, I'm not a fan of overcooked soggy noodles drowned in sauce with a strong MSG taste, these noodles are more... I don't know how other to say than 'al dente' (more hard instead of soggy & overcooked) the beef strips are thick and you can actually taste the meat, unlike the paper thin slivers you get at other places. My bf really enjoyed his meal too & he is a Sous Chef so he's kinda critical of poorly cooked food. He really enjoyed all of his meals we've ordered from here (if you knew him you would understand that's pretty impressive 😊) Lastly the egg rolls and fortune cookies- the egg rolls are crispy and packed with veggies full of flavor, and the fortune cookies are fresh, you actually want to eat them. New China Spring is my favorite Chinese restaurant & I would definitely recommend trying them out if you're looking for some excellent Chinese food. 👍👍”
