We ordered the country fried steak breakfast, home fries, and biscuit and gravy, eggs over easy and a BLT with grits. The BLT was excellent. The toast and bacon were nice crisp. Just enough lettuce to add the taste and a slice of tomato that had a good flavor. Grits were cooked with the right combination of salt and pepper to give them a good taste. The country fried steak was a generous portion covered with country gravy. The biscuit with covered with the same gravy. The gravy had a good pepper flavor. The eggs were cooked as ordered.”

“This is a small, neighborhood Sam's. It's got three pool tables, one Shuffleboard, and Darts, that all cost money. The staff are decent, kinda rushed based on how busy they are, so sometimes it takes a while to get their attention. The food is okay and the prices are reasonable. Caesar the bartender is amazing, if you have a small party of 3 or less, sit at the bar, faster seating and you can interact with Caesar, he’s a funny guy and he gives you drinks. The steaks are cooked accurately to your preference, and spreading that roasted garlic is magic. Tried the calamari too, not too shabby, not the best but the sauce helped, I think a plate of the Shishido peppers would be nice. Good steak house around town.”

“I came here with my family to celebrate a graduation. There was 7 people in our party, total, and our server was super friendly and attentive. I sadly did not get her name, but she was great. I got a cheeseburger meal, and it was pretty good. It came with two onion rings which were nice and crispy. The fries were light and crispy, went really well with ketchup. “I live right down the street from here and didn't even know it existed! Such a cute little hidden gem. No seating inside but a cute patio outside with wonderful lights. I was excited to try the hamburger and I added on a fries and drink. The rest of my family upgraded their burger and got avocados on it and they said it was delicious. I tried the fries, onion rings, and the tater tots and they were ALL delicious, but the onion rings were my favorite! Couldn't leave without ordering their ice cream and it was also a fan favorite in my household. The staff was very friendly and our food came out quickly in about 5 minutes.”

“Our first choice wasn’t opened so we decided to give this place a try. Upon arrival it was super busy and we were told 60-90 minute wait. However we only had to wait about 40 minutes. It was worth the wait. We started with the cinnamon rolls and hush puppies. I’m not a hush puppy fan and these were awesome. We had the gator bites (they literally taste like chicken nuggets) and she crab soup. The soup was great reminded me of clam chowder. I had the catch of the day “wreck fish” it was good. It’s a thicker meatier fish. The best texture example I could give is like lobster. Shannon was our server and she was attentive even been as busy as she was. Her head was on a swivel and constantly checking on all her tables.”

First visit I had the shrimp, fried rice and broccoli it was so good and fresh as well as packaged nicely. Second visit I had the shrimp fried rice with broccoli on the side and it was also very good. I thought the shrimp fried rice would have all the shrimp at the top and nothing at the bottom but nope they tricked me and had shrimp throughout my whole container which is exactly what I expect when I order shrimp fried rice. The customer service has been great both visits and the food has been hot both times. Thank y’all for great customer service and food I highly recommend and will be back before I leave I’m sure.”

Major shout out to Trang, our waitress, for giving us the warmest hospitality on our first visit here. I ordered togo based on her recommendation and definitely will come back to order the rest of the menu. “We dined here because of an event for my daughter’s sports team. It had been over 10 years since I have eaten here. I decided to eat from the hot and salad bar to better control my portions since it was late. There were a lot of southern food choices on the bar, mashed potatoes, rice, gravy, yams, green beans, tilapia, fried chicken, meat loaf and more. The salad bar didn’t have much on it but I was still able to make a good appetizer salad. The food I got from the hot bar was good. The staff was very friendly and nice. The store was clean. My daughter ordered a burger and fries. It looked plain but she said it was good. A couple in front of us ordered chicken livers but after checking with the kitchen was told the livers were bad and couldn’t be served. I was disappointed for him because I love chicken livers. The 4 stars is due to the bad livers. Other than that, I have no complaints. Even though I didn’t eat much, I don’t plan to return anytime soon because I’m not a fan of buffets and I wasn’t really thrilled with the menu options.”
