The vibrant bartender (Gina) asked what my name was and informed me that Brewers is a cash only establishment. No problem since there’s an ATM on site and I usually carry enough to cover dinner. The reason for the four stars is the time a day matters for the customer service given. I prefer during the week mornings or “maybe” a weekend (mornings) late night or evening is a hit or miss depending on whose there unfortunately it’s another young lady there named Richiti hope I’m spelling it right she’s really nice and pleasant. The manager I think “he is” or area/district manager which is worse can he be rude and uninviting light skin gentleman with a bald head (JESSE), doesn’t even acknowledge or speak to his returning/incoming customers, he’s like that with his staff and some customers not all he has his “favorite/regular customers and his side kick which was also a floor manager they BOTH cook as well. I’ve witness and overheard both of them belittle their employees and talk down to them in front of customers and to some customers UNPROFESSIONAL, rude & condescending nevertheless I placed my order and left after a very long wait, your job as a leader is to LEAD and motivate your employees keep the morale up and customers coming back. I come back only for Mike & Ms Prissy two of the longest standing employees at this location. Demeé is the best very personable and always pleasant (Anvil Block) Do better management! Good Job Mike & Ms Prissy. Once I remember the other pleasant ladies name I will update my post (done above Demeé) she’s been there for a while now too the ONLY REASON for the 4 stars is because of the two employees listed above they ARE the reason”

Chen's easily has the best Chinese food I've had. Even for take-out, the presentation is great with very high quality containers and hearty portions which gives great value for the price. My personal favorite items from here are the sesame chicken, egg drop soup, and egg rolls. The sesame chicken is always tender and perfectly coated with a thick sauce, the soup is hot, and the egg rolls are crispy and fresh. I haven't ever been disappointed when ordering from Chen's throughout the past six or so months I've known about it!”

Then I had to ask for the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. Which made me forget about the sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls. I started to walk away and realized I didn't have a drink either. I ordered the Panda meal bundle but was charged for a Bigger Plate. Then paying again for the drink. “The salad with fried chicken breast cannot be denied as the best I've had anywhere in this area. Lettuce is fresh and cut perfectly, the tomatoes are fresh,sliced to the right thickness, taste like a fresh tomato and plenty of slices, cucumbers are crisp fresh. Also had plenty of cheese, hard boiled egg cut into quarters, plenty of croutons on the side and their choice of lite ranch dress is very tasty and last but not least is the fried chicken breast ,nice nice size, cut into strips and fried to perfection everytime. This salad is enough for two people having this for lunch and maybe even dinner. And the price is good! The wait time has always been very reasonable and always brought out by a super nice wait staff ! I'll be back there real soon!”
