“The chicken and waffles were great, and the meat was juicy and delicious. The syrup/hot sauce combo was okay; I think it’s better with just the regular syrup. Biscuits and gravy are hard to mess up, but they did an excellent job making the biscuits go perfectly with the sausage gravy; I was a big fan of the texture and how it paired with the chicken. My dining experience was nice too, the retro look and prompt service gave the spot a cozy feel to it. Steven was my server and he was respectful and quick to tend to my needs!”

“Not 100% of what I got I told them I was in a rush and asked what the quickest meal would be. I got a some type of chicken that they start making at 1am. It comes with fresh mozzarella and potato’s. I explained that I walked over from next door and was getting car repairs and that it was my first time here and they took their time and explained the menu to me, told me I can stay and hang out as long as I want while my car was being repaired and stay in the A/C, I felt very welcomed! “I have only had chicken and beef tongue burritos from here so I can’t really say much. The staff is VERY friendly and polite. I personally haven’t had any issues with my food and it has always been really good. I order my food over the phone so by the time I come pick it up, it’s ready. The longest I had to wait once I got there was 8 minutes. I live about 10 mins away and it’s always ready in a timely manner. I will always come back and tell everyone I know about their burritos.”

When you order online, the substitution options are plentiful and easy to use - and they always get it right. You just go and pick up your order and enjoy. If you go in person, the service is friendly, everyone is nice, it is super-clean, but it does take some time if you go during busy hours (basically - busy breakfast hours and busy lunch hours -- better to order in advance and pick up.) Probably the best kept secret in Stamford -- and they have **vegan** options, which is awesome.”

“For a while now, Red Robin has been slipping in terms of service and food. Yesterday was a very welcome return to the high quality one used to expect from Red Robin. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and swift. Drinks were refilled without asking, the food was fresh and prepared as requested, and the meal was paced well. Even with the restaurant quite full (and our server having many tables to handle) our meal arrived quickly. This marked a great improvement over previous visits to this location. The staff has done a great job turning this location around and it shows.”
