“Everything was delicious! The samosas had a nice spice that lingers after you finished eating for a few minutes. The Naan 🫓 was really well made and had a nice fresh crunch to it. The chicken 🍗 dish was full of flavor. Family owned since 1994 and had a Tibetan unique decor inside.”

“Amazing service! Corn nuggets amazing! I got the smoked wings and collard greens, and it was amazing! My husband’s food was “super delicious!”. Portions are a good size for the price. Highly recommend if you are in the area.”

“Amazing little family owned place tucked in the back of a liquor store. They are the nicest people and really want to make sure their customers are happy. Most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious (we had the pastor and the flavor was on par with stuff I've had in Mexico). This is a place you definitely want to go if you like hole in the places with great food.”

“I like the taste of the pizza here and it’s $10 a box. Workers have been nice so far. Only downsides are: Sometimes it can get crowded in their small space, they’ll run out of chili flake/parmesan packets, or they’ll “only accept cash”. (There’s a 711 next door to get cash if that problem comes up.)”

“This place didn't come up when we searched for "food" in Brooksville. The Cafe next door did. We went to there first but there were about 20 people in front of us. We were hungry and didn't want to wait. I did another search and Five South came up. From the outside, we couldn't tell It's a restaurant when we pulled into the Cafe mext door. Anyhow, I'm glad there was a long line in front of us at the Cafe. The food is amazing. Pulled pork BBQ nachos. Proper BBQ flavor on a bed of crunchy tacos. A great blend of sweet, tart, and salty. The meatball sandwich. The sauce is amazing! The sauce at a lot of places is thin and sugary. This is nice and thick, and you can taste the 🍅 and the spices. The soup to the day was chili. The perfect balance of meat and beans, and chili spice is apparent and not drown out by anything.”

“Jackie is the best help this place has. After a few interesting experiences I was ready to not ever come back. She should be the manager here. It seems she is most times. You guys should cline this sweet lady. I can't say enough about here”

“The shrimp pictured had less taste than the butter I piled them in for this picture. I've never had a bad experience at Pappadeux's before today, but I'll avoid this location ongoing. Wife's food order was changed by the manager since the crab cake wasn't available after waiting an hour. Then my food arrived 15 minutes after I flagged our server down. We were there 1:45 and nobody cared or said anything as we sat there waiting. It wasn't busy, but just poor everything.”

“This place is great. Service is spot on. This is Ohio style pizza and has a slightly sweet tomato sauce. If you do not like the taste, ask and they can and will make the sause less sweet. They are very accommodating. The deep dish pizza is phenomenal. Best crust I've tasted. You have to give this place a try.”

“Despite the incident that occurred previously, I decided to visit today, and I would like to express my observations. The individual who displayed inappropriate behavior before has shown genuine remorse for his actions and exhibited remarkable kindness today. Instead of resorting to extreme measures, I kindly request that you issue him a warning and grant him an opportunity for redemption. Your understanding and consideration are greatly appreciated. Thank you.”

“Fabulous place! The authentic chili relleno was a top 5 best ever. Also… it’s the little things. A spoon in the salsa, warm chips and water all add to the reasons I drive over 30 miles to come here.”

“Great experience. Food was great. Worth a try, prices were also good and fair. We went late and got a special for the hour, played for 2 hours with 6 players for $115. Look and ask for deals and specials . They have 2 pool tables also. They have a separated bar area, the drink we orders were on the light side and could have been less pricey. But over all good experience. I highly recommend for a date night, girls night out or a family night.”

“Late on Sunday evening and my wife and I were craving hotdogs. Tavo's Hot Dogs and Tacos surprised us with not only great tasting hot dogs but low prices and kind staff. This was a last-minute decision as we sid a search for hot dogs in our area, and Tavo's came up. Tavo's is a food truck that is open on East Apache Blvd just east of Hawes Rd. As the name says, hot dogs and tacos are the fare. I ordered 2 sonoran style hot dogs, and my wife had a plain hot dog with mustard. They were perfect! The buns were lightly toasted but fresh bread buns. Nothing can ruin a hot dog quicker than a stale or old bun. Tavo's doesn't make that mistake. Fresh toasted hot dog buns are perfect. The ingredients inside are even better. The hot dog is made perfect and piping hot. The ingredients on my Sonoran dog included grilled onions, diced tomatoes, whipped guacamole sauce, mustard, and more. Wow. Excellent flavors. It's tasty but not too spicy. Finished off with a fresh grilled jalapeño on the side! A bite of the pepper goes well with a bite of the hot dog, or if you don't want the spice, ignore the grilled jalapeño. The prices were excellent as well. Each hot dog is only $4. Very reasonable! You can get a hot dog with fries for just $7. This little hot dog and taco stand was a blissful little stop . If you get a chance to stop by (Weds through Sunday evening 4pm-9:30pm), do it. You won't regret it!”

“I've been to their cafe before and my husband has been to the restaurant and has been wanting to take me, so we went to celebrate his birthday here. Located close to the Los Gatos downtown and across from Los Gatos High, you'll find this Mediterranean gem. We started off with wine and appetizers. I got Assyrtiko white wine from Santorini and hubby got a red wine. My white wine was really nice and I fully enjoyed it. For starters we got Saganaki (pan seared cheese) and Soutzoukakia (lamb and beef meatballs) as well as some pita bread. I must say the starters were the stars of the night for me! The lamb/meatballs were so tasty and flavorful and the sauce that they were sitting on was delicious and nice to have with the pita bread as well. The Saganaki was delicious as well. I love cheese and this was perfection! For main course, I got the petite lamb chops. I would have liked them to be cooked a little more than what they were. They did not ask how I would have liked them cooked so I thought they would be a little more cooked than what they were. It was probably a medium but i'm more of a medium well person. So that was a bit of a bummer...I felt like I wasted a lot of meat because it was undercooked for my liking. My husband got the 16oz rib eye steak and enjoyed his. The service was good and our waiter Jacob ( I think was his name) was very attentive and gave us suggestions when we asked.”

“Always love it here, but this time I got the tomahawk ribeye which was the chefs special. This thing is the best. Sitten on mashed potatoes and flavored with something sweet . .I felt like John candy trying to eat the 76er! I will definitely get this again. It's a bit pricey at 75$, but your in Ellicottville and its a big ribeye.”

“Although this is a little restaurant along the river tucked inside of a small town, it brings big eats that are delicious and comforting. They have a great menu offering for dinner with enough options to feed anyones appetite. The staff was friendly and attentive. If you happen to be in the area, or even in the surrounding cities, you should check this restaurant out as it will have you leaving full and happy.”

“I tried the duck wings. The lady was hesitant to sell them to me but I said I like chicken wings and I think duck wings might be better. Place is kind of dirty especially their credit card machine (first she wanted cash and I didn't have any but said I'll bring cash next time) and then it was OK to use my card. The duck wings are tasty! There's less meat on a duck wing than on the wings of modern mutant chickens, but it's all dark meat and yummy.”

“Read about this spot on a FaceBook page that spoke highly about it. We drove down to the beach for a small family vacation and swung by on our way back home. Great ambiance inside, love the 1940’s, 1950-60-70’s high school sports photos. Our food took a little longer than we would’ve liked as we we were just trying to pass by, eat and go. The food quality most definitely made the wait worth while. Plus a triple stack hamburger for under $10 is unheard of with this wild economy. Our waitress was very communicative and even brought my little baby girl complimentary sweet potato fries. Highly recommended.”

“First time here and I absolutely loved it. The two people working were super friendly, brought my food and drink to me in a timely manner as well. The presentation was pretty as well! I got the garlic ham bagel sandwich, and my friend got the turkey blt. Both were delicious. Their coffee is really good too! Prices are really reasonable for how good the food is, and way better priced than most places. This spot is a hidden gem.💖”

“Very good dining experience. We ordered mostly vegetarian food and they make almost all of their items vegetarian if you ask. I loved the appetizers. We ordered bruschetta and flatbread, and both were fresh and top notch. Would have liked more veggie options in appetizers though. We ordered rigatoni and another veggie pasta and both came out well too. Salmon was especially good too. Would visit again”

“We always drive this place and I always think how the deck looks really nice. Well, with the nice weather here, we did it. Great food, huge deck, fresh cut fries and fair prices. Beer was ice cold. Nothing beats an ice cold beer sitting in the sun.”

“Cozy little local place. Have a great menu selection! We were in the area checking out Big Bone Lick Historic Site. Wanted something local rather than all of the fast food in the area. Ate inside. Service was good. We had coney dogs & mushroom burger. Both were really good!! The burger was really juicy! Each came with chips. Got a side dish of potato even though I thought it was a little pricey at $3.20. Didn’t really care for it - too much dill pickle and onions for us. We finished things off with a banana split - which was not too bad - ice cream didn’t have a lot of flavor to it but was nice they used hot fudge on it. Worth a stop for sure!”
