“Best juicy burger on the bayou! The fries with cheese and roast beef are best ordered with crispy fries and beef and cheese in containers so that you can share the large portion with someone! The cheese and beef with excellent gravy are packaged in 2 containers each with fries in the main container. This way when you get home, your fries are not soft and soggy! Of course, on any warm day of the year, this is the perfect place for a snowball! The variety of flavors and options for toppings is amazing. The people who work there are friendly and work quickly, but maintain the excellent quality and presentation of the food when there are rush periods like when school lets out. A great option for takeout for a group as the variety is beyond any other place around! I always order ahead for food that may take time to prepare so it will be ready when I drive up. I recommend the same or park your car in the front to place your order and wait either on the porch or in your car, the team who works there will let you know when to go get your hot food at the window and only use the drive through if ordering snow balls or things that are prepared for you quickly. It is just a common courtesy to do this and the drive through moves faster in rush times if you call ahead to order anything when you know the line will be long in the drive through. Be nice and call in your order and then go get it. You can always call ahead and if there is a line in the drive through, you can park in the front and walk the less than 30 passes to get your food and go home and eat it hot and fresh! Use the options available for ordering and pick up wisely and everyone will be happier as they go through their day. Keep their number in your contacts! I sure do!”

“My partner always comes here, but it was my first time visiting BBC Tavern and Grill. The service was not great and pretty slow. Our waiter seemed distracted and confused, according to my partner "he's always like this". But I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We had the fried cauliflower, the Beyond Burger, and for dessert the Monkey Bread and warm chocolate molten cake. Everything was absolutely delicious! Drinks were good as well. “The former reviews must be outdated or either this location has gone through great lengths to improve. We absolutely loved our experience visiting this location. So much so that I’ve visited other Starbucks before and have never been motivated to write a review after my experience however I was in awe at how swift and efficiently they were servicing people. I was a bit reluctant to go in seeing there were soo many people in the parking lot and then lined up for the drive through but to our surprise we were able to have our multi item order taken and received in well under 5 minutes. The manager (Terri I believe?) is exceptional. She was very kind and quick to ensure that myself and other guest were serviced well and if there were any issues I noted her deal with them directly herself while managing staff. She should be a lead in helping coordinate/train other managers across the board because what I saw yesterday was beyond beautiful to witness. So much so that I couldn’t NOT write about the experience. I’ll be intentional to visit this specific location more often. The drinks were ordered were perfect and the food so fresh and hot (and I’m pretty particular to say the least)!”

Most of the staff are very warm and welcoming. Great portions and food is served hot. Has outdoor dining area as well as run down/dated cozy inside. Only downside to this place is the neighborhood behind it and the tiny giant convenience store next door. There are some rough people that will harass you at night and they tend to target women more. So use caution if going alone. Wish they'd just move the restaurant to a new place.”

“My wife and I have been coming here for years and only recently we decided to hop on the Metro and bring our daughters (1.5 and 4.5 y.o.); this place is an amazing small spot and quite possibly the best South Pasadena sushi spot. The staff is really nice and there is just something about the chef that makes you like him. They have always been attentive and good with us. For those who complain about portions, this is definitely not “all you can eat” so don’t expect it because this far exceeds the quality of the AYCE spots by at least a mile. Try the Chuka Iidako and the Tako Wasabi to start and go with the Salmon Avocado Salad and go from there. Finish off with ice cream down the street 😬”

“Whenever I have service done at Folsom Lake Honda I walk across the road, just inside the Aerojet gate, to Cafe Express. Always friendly and prompt service and food is affordable and delicious.
