“Super good food. I used to like wanna grill and flame broiler a whole bunch. But this place is way better and they have have other food instead of just the chicken and steak bowls. We order 2 beef and chicken bowls and an order of egg rolls. Just plain amazing food. The rolls are super crunchy and tasty. The best I’ve ever had honestly. I’ve come about 3 times already and it’s consistently delicious 🤤. Considering the quality of the food I feel the prices are extremely fair. I live in Victorville and swing by every time we visit my mother in law. They also have boba a bento 🍱 meals. I would definitely recommend this place, I believe it’s an independently owned restaurant but I’m not sure.”

“I stopped in here one Monday evening to check them out because they were newly opened. The walls are plastered with photos, maps, and other images that reflect Guyana and Guyanese culture at large. The little lanterns over the seating areas are really cute. The server was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. I wasn’t sure if they were doing dine-in service so I asked if I could sit and wait before leaving. She told me that was absolutely fine and offered me a complimentary caramel. I bought a mixed Chinese fried rice that was absolutely delicious. It had a smidge too much of sesame oil but otherwise it was great. I normally bake sponge cake but this restaurant had one of the best sponge cakes that I’ve ever eaten. It was so moist and flavorful! They have a lot of menu items that you typically wouldn’t find at other Guyanese restaurants but you certainly would find in a Guyanese home. The prices were also reasonable! I will definitely return here again if I’m ever in the area.”

Shrimp Fondue appetizer was really good. Their zucchini was very favorable, I wanted more! Waitress and waiter was very nice and caring. I almost gave 4 stars because they forgot to turn in my husband's dish and I was almost finished eating by the time his arrived. He said his dish was sooo good lol after getting it. It sits right on the Cumberland River by the marina. We had the crab dip, maui waui shrimp tacos, fish tacos, and fish and chips. The tacos were great. The fish and chips was alright but not the best we've had.. a little over battered and not much fish. That was the only downside. Otherwise, great spot. We will definitely be back!”
