I enjoyed the Pork Belly Buns, Dumplings, Spicy Ramen, Orange Beef, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Duck Fried Rice and the Avocado Salad! My Leeche Martini was also very tasty. Plus the Sake hit the spot! There is a QR on tables you can use to place an order or go to the front entrance to get the staff attention to place an order. Food is varied and tasty. “Visited here last night for a friends bday dinner. Walking in the place , we knew it was super fancy and the restaurant was very cozy. The decor and ambiance was amazing. We were greeted and seated right away . As we had a large group , we had the opportunity to sit in there private room behind the wine wall. It was very private and loved the square table setup. It was 10 of us and I was able to see each and every single person. Food wise, we ordered bunch of apps like Meatballs , Calamari , Pizza , Crab Cake etc . Everything was good, portions were on the smaller side I felt. Now on to the main course Porterhouse and Lamb Chops. Lamb Chops were amazing I actually wished I ordered that. Steaks on the other hand I felt were undercooked to our liking . We had said we wanted medium and it was more on the rare side . But over all was we ate it , definitely didn’t like their House Steak Sauce , it was like sweet ketchup. “We visited this brewery before and missed out on the great beer and gourmet style meals served here. A little gem of a place will definitely come again. I ordered the salad with garlic shrimp. The dressing was not too sweet not too tart and the saltiness and garlic buttered shrimp accented the apple slices and slivered almonds, blue cheese crumbles and cored pear tomatoes nicely. Husband ordered the Blue burger so smoky and charred to perfection. Juicy and lip smacking good! Garlic fries are moist yet crisp. Beer was full bodied with a slight sweet finish like a Bourbon beer. I got a pizza, and the crust which is to me the most important when it comes to pizza was just the right amount of crisp while leaving an adequate amount of softness to it. The ratio sauce to topping was spot on in my opinion and the customer service when lacking in many areas for most places did a great job at Firo’s. That definitely adds to the experience. Flavor was plentiful, and quality was not lacking. I also like the presentation and decent symmetry when it came to the pizza. It shows not only in the care of making it, but also helps with each bite! Definitely will return if I’m in the area.”
