“I would have rated the food higher were it not for the lack of accompanying sides. A place said to be known for its fish, it could do with having malt vinegar available. Add to that that you can have any hot sauce you want, so long as you only want either red or green Tabasco. Me, I hate Tabasco. The fish was tasty with generous portions. Expect a huge serving of fries to show up. The person with us who got the Mac & cheese stated that it was the creamiest they have ever gotten at any food service. Our server was a delight. I was cold inside, so dress accordingly.”

“Have been here 3 or 4 times now. Food has been consistently good. Fingers are some of the best you can get in WNY, like it's hard to find quality fingers like this these days. Wings were decent and good BBQ flavor. Pizza logs were good but just a bit overcooked. I've been told their fish fry is really good. Staff is always friendly but every time I go in there's new/different girls. Will definitely go again the next time I'm able to just for their fingers because even at the 100s of mom n pop pizza joints in Buffalo it's really hard to find fingers this good!”

“Several weeks ago, Sauced Up moved from their food truck to a beautiful full-blown restaurant and bar. Both the eatery and separate bar are stunningly decorated. Our waiter, John, was fantastic. Then the food. I had a gluten-free pizza, my pick of sauce and toppings, that was perfect. We also had one of the menu pizzas that was crispy and delicious. It also has outdoor seating. I often encounter this meat too dry with only a hint of smoked flavor, but this is juicy and full of flavor! Sausage is delicious, and the brisket is wonderful without being too fatty. Normally I don’t like the sauce too sweet, but despite being on the sweeter side, it has a nice light tang with a little bite to even out the sweetness. Pinto beans were good, but could have used a hint of salt to taste. Toast could have used a touch of warm butter when served, but I also arrived at the end of the day. Service was polite and prompt. Overall excellent bbq. My biggest problem is fighting off a food coma getting back on the road.”
