They tore off and installed a new roof for us in a day (a Sunday to boot). We had two bad leaks prior to getting the new roof about a month ago. We've had quite a bit of rain since and so far its been bone dry so I'm happy. Sergio (owner) had someone quickly to assess where the small leak was coming from (both fireplace chimney areas). The estimate was very fair so had his team over on 27 May. “I am very happy with the service and quality work that we received on our home from Restoration Roofing and Remodeling. We needed to get our roof replaced due to hail damage and They came out and did a free inspection and helped with the insurance adjuster. The work was completed quickly and according to our schedule and the guys did a great job with picking up all the debris. They placed tarps over our pool and ensured no debris managed to get in the pool and did an excellent job cleaning up before they left. The roofers were very polite and made sure to not damage any of the shrubs or flowerbeds. I would definitely recommend RRR for a replacement roof. Casey was our project manager and he was excellent! “Sandoval Roofing just completed the complete replacement of the roof on my house. The result was an good-looking new roof that will last a long time. It is also so attractive that several neighbors have complimented me on its appearance! This is the third job that Sandoval Roofing has done for me, and they have delivered again. The project was several months in planning due to a solar power installation subsequent to the roof install, but they arrived on the agreed day, on time and went right to work. The tear-off went smoothly and was finished on day one. I was surprised it went so quickly, as the house is not small and the roof is fairly steep. Their truck left for the disposal of the tear-off at the end of the first day. The job also involved removing an older solar hot water heater. Extensive flashing was replaced for five skylights, as well as the flashing of all the vents and chimneys. The flashing was all painted to match the roof color which made it practically invisible. The Sandoval employees were all incredibly polite and friendly and were a joy to have around. They worked well together, each seeming to know his job. There was very little chatter or other distractions during the work day. They arrived on-time each morning. They cleaned up at the end of each work day, so the place was clean and usable without debris everywhere. The entire job was completed in just four days. Ownership is also easy to deal with. Raymond Sandoval is an affable man and exudes friendliness and integrity. I trusted him from the first time he did work for me and that trust has proven to be well placed. He and his company have delivered what they promised and more. His employees also speak highly of the boss and it is clear they all like their jobs. I will definitely use Sandoval Roofing again! .”
