“Loved our experience with Foglia Builders! When we started looking at companies to come out and replace our roof, we were SHOCKED at the price the first company quoted us. We kept looking around and we’re pleasantly surprised when Foglia gave us a bid that was HALF as expensive as the first company. Plus, they outlined every possible additional cost depending on what they found once they started ripping the roof off. Unfortunately we had to replace the wood under the roof but we had already been told what that cost would be if we needed it. And the actual cost of the wood came under budget with what we were originally told. So we were prepared for that. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly recommend them to anyone. These people are very down to earth and aren’t looking to be salesman in their field. They performed the work extremely quickly (only took 1.5 days to do our roof and shed), and the result was beautiful. The only negative thing I would recommend to anyone getting a roof from any company (not just Foglia) is to get a stick magnet to sweep your yard and landscaping when you’re done! Several other friends and family members recommended this to us and I’m glad I did because I have a dog and a toddler at home. Sure enough, I found a jar full of nails when I was done. Foglia swept our yard with their own magnet and I’m sure got the majority of the nails the first time around. But you’ll find this with any roofer—it’s just part of the business! And I would still recommend Foglia to anyone!”

“What a great company! We were originally approached by predatory roofers who took advantage of my grandpa's kindness. They quoted us over 44k for a new roof on our house and 2 outbuildings. We contacted Irish at Bulldog roofing and he was very quick to come out, inspect our roof and give us a quote that was 10k less than what the predatory roofers quoted us. The whole process was super easy and quick! I think from start to finish it wasn't more than 2 or 3 weeks. Charles with Sky Manor made the entire process easy, and worked out all of the details with our insurance company. When it came time for the install, they were quick, professional and paid attention to every detail. All of the old shake was hauled cleanly away, and the new F-Wave shingles were expertly installed and look great! I am waiting for our first hail storm so that we can really test them out. “It all started about two years before they replaced our storm-damaged roof. Then, we required some minor fixes to the roof. Brad came over and fixed it for free! Who does that? Later on, when we needed our roof replaced due to storm damage, we knew who to go with and they did not disappoint. Chris came over and coordinated with the adjuster. He made sure everything that needed to be covered was covered. They took care of all the communication with the insurance company even though this required patience due to the slow response from the company. They are very honest, thorough, and fair people.
