“I have used Dallas Custom Roofing for several of my rentals' roof replacement projects. Allan is very knowledgeable and professional. He is the most responsive, responsible, and reliable contractor I've ever worked with. He guided me through the whole claim process, talked to the insurance company, communicated with the tenants, and replaced the roofs with the best roofing material and the best warranty. The clean up was impeccable. After the installation, he even scheduled the city inspection for me without me lifting a finger! He and his brother Nathan would go the extra mile to make sure every little detail of the project is covered and done in perfection! Most companies talk to you because they want your business, but they disappear after they take your money. Not Allan! He still answered my questions by emails and texts, and took care of the minor repairs several years after the original replacement. Sarah from Gianna's came out, listened to our concerns, and inspected the roof. She said there was storm damage that our insurance should cover. For more than a year, she worked with our insurance company to make sure they covered the cost of the new roof due to extensive storm damage.
