“I had storm damage to my roof and needed to find a contractor to replace it. I had two other contractors do inspections but could tell immediately that they were sales people and were just telling me what I wanted to hear, so I was hesitant to go with them. My neighbor had Maus Construction replace his roof and the crew did an amazing and thorough job. It took them 2 full days and they didn't take any shortcuts. I talked with the owner, Dan Maus, and could immediately tell he knew what he was doing and wasn't there just to make a quick buck like the storm chasers do. He actually cares about the workmanship and only uses quality materials and does the job right. Even though every house in the neighborhood had their roofs replaced due to hail damage from that storm, my insurance company was pretty hard to deal with and they didn't want to cover the claim. The storm damage was legitimate so Dan met with the insurance adjuster three separate times and eventually got them to cover it. The roof was replaced about 3 weeks after we signed the contract. It took 2 days and the crew did a really good job. Either Dan or his business partner were on the job throughout the installation and they keep me informed the entire time. After construction was complete they finished the paperwork with the insurance company so the entire process was very easy. I am really glad we went with Maus Construction and wouldn't hesitate to go with them again. I also appreciate the follow up after they finished the job. The attached picture is with the new roof, but I had a different contractor install the solar.”

“Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Were out on the job less than a week after giving me the best quote amongst 3 estimates of local roofing companies. I didn't even call the people that put it on 20 years ago they did such a terrible job (business starts with a Br) BUT These guys were out early, super professional, everyone had a job and they were up and working on my huge and complicated roof. (My house is over 4500 sq feet with lots of outcrops and weird stuff) They finished this job (stripped off the whole roof, repaired all the rotten and damaged boards and decking, put the new roof on ) and cleaned up- IN ONE DAY!!!!! The temperature was over 95 degrees and they only took 2 20 minute breaks. VERY nice, Very hard working. Super impressed and this is who I will call from here on!!!”

“Mark and Co know their stuff really well. They are professional, timely, responsive, guide you throughout the process of selecting the right options, and are very competitively priced. Mark went above and beyond by helping us secure HOA approval (we were the first metal roof installation in our subdivision), as well as working together with our solar contractor to concurrently install the solar laminate panels onto the roof panels. Mark and Co have even manufactured a custom wiring tray in the attic to guide the multitude of solar panel wires neatly around the attic space. The photos attached (while not very clear) do show that you can have a flush solar laminate installation with this type of roof. You get a lot of benefits with the metal roof. After a recent hail that dented cars and blistered asphalt shingles on most roofs, more than half of our subdivision were getting their shingle roofs replaced. I haven't even seen a dent on ours. You also get a sizable home insurance discount due to wind mitigation (metal roofs can withstand 140mph winds). Some are concerned with increased amount of noise with the metal roof. I've had the roof for over 8.5 years now, and there's absolutely no increase in noise levels - even during heavy rains. In winter, when temperatures drop at night, I do hear an occasional squeak up on the roof when the sun goes down - but that's about it). Also, if you have a good shingle roof, the metal roof can be installed right on top of it, resulting in better sound- and heat-proofing. These roofs are supposed to last for many years (think 40-50 vs. 15-20 for an asphalt roof observed durability). I am really impressed with the quality of the materials and the workmanship by T Mark Roofing, and would undoubtedly hire them to install another roof if we ever move to another house.”
