Does the phone support with agents that you have never met make you feel comfortable? Not for me... Michelle's office is super efficient and always contacts me quickly if I call. In fact her #1 assistant, Ruth, almost always answers my calls and I rarely over the years have had to leave a message on the answering machine. Their excellent research and careful bookkeeping has always succeeded in allowing me to compare any changes I might want and know the costs immediately. They are just great people and certainly my friends now. I would highly recommend their business as your insurance agency. They know how to treat their customers and do it: the same way they would like to be treated if it was them.”

The crew was here early everyday, they moved things near the house that were in the way and gently put them back - even going so far as to rehook up my water hose. Bob walked my husband and I through every step. From picking out the color to finished job he was there and that was such a comfort not to have to re-explain what we wanted to a crew. He also took care of talking to the insurance company and getting all the paperwork together. I'd highly recommend them.”

“After looking at tons of reviews online, we obtained six estimates from various companies. All were very pleasant and gave estimates which were mostly in the same price except for one which was double! But Tim from Wm PENN Roofing was the only one that actually went into our very hot attic to do a full inspection and found a cracked joist. And he was the only one that went out of his way to get larger roof samples when we asked. It was a long one day of installation and thorough cleanup all around including nails. Todd and his crew were a swarm of busy bees…they were all amazing. Had one skylight replaced no problem and Mark did an outstanding job finishing and painting the inside.
