“Home is what u make of it. It’s a great lil community everyone knows everyone u got ur occasional chismoso but other then that it’s a quite place. The pools r clean. The dumpster area isn’t a dam mess like in most apartment or housing community areas. They should in my opinion get a security to make some rounds at night due to the area it’s in it can b scary walking home at night. No weirdos there on perimeter but they do tend to drift.”

“Lived their off and on for around 6 years caregiving for my father and than mother before their passing. In my opinion it's the nicest mobile home community in the Hemet, San Jacinto, Valle Vista area. It's quiet, clean and safe. Was turned from a 55+ to a family park not too long ago and it didn't impact the in any negative way in my view. It stayed the way it always was. Instead now there are slightly more kids running around that live there rather than kids running around visiting the grandparents. Current management is absolutely fantastic. Extremely nice.”
