“Excellent instructors, solid teaching with a decidedly traditional flavor, the best workout you will get all week tempered with useful techniques and kata...I and four of my children, ages 10 to 15 are quite enjoying it, even when we feel we can't manage just one more push up...somehow the enthusiasm of the instructors is catching and we (and they) are proud of what was accomplished at the end of class.
