“I already knew what I wanted to purchase from the Big 5 paper ads. The clerk in the sporting rifles department was very good. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. However, the clerk in the shoe department was terrible. He walked past me once so I flagged him down the second time he tried to ignore me. I told him what shoe and size I wanted and when he brought them out from the back room he handed me the box without stopping on his way to help, no one else. It was bizarre. He was always on the go but helping nobody. I actually wanted to buy another pair of shoes but couldn't catch up with this guy again. There were two other customers looking at shoes and he wasn't helping them either. The entire shoe department is too small. When I tried on my shoes, the seats are surrounded by displays and people are brushing past making you, me, feel like you're in the way and imposing upon shoppers. I will say this, it wasn't horrible. Just the way it is shopping 2 days after Christmas.Note: I do like the shoes and the price was very good.”

I'm always intimidated to go in to nice shoe stores because I'm not very fancy or cool and some places can act a bit snobby, but Nisolo has such a great vibe and they are very helpful and friendly - not intimidating at all. I tried it on yesterday at home and was slightly panicked because it did not fit properly in the bust area. I called DB immediately to see if it made more sense to get a different size or get it tailored. The person who answered the phone was super calm and understanding. She booked me a same day appointment to work with the same stylist (Amber M.) I worked with to get the original dress. A few hours later I went into DB with my dress and worked with Amber again. Amber was amazing and so attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and got me the dress in another size to try on. She also went above and beyond to speak with their seamstress and give me a price quote. Overall, I decided to keep original dress and get it tailored. Amber made a follow-up alteration appointment for me and was so reassuring that everything would get done before my wedding day. Would recommend Amber (and the rest of the staff) to this DB location!”

“The only reason I'm writing this review is because of the really positive, friendly, and smiley sales rep that I had the privilege to encounter. My wife and 3 boys walked into this store Today (2-24-19) at 10:45am because our 5 year old and 2 year old needed shoes. While they were all shopping, I just took my infant over to eat popcorn at front counter. While I'm just standing there, a super professional rep who constantly had a big smile started talking. I wish I would have got his name. He's tall, black, and has a constant warm and welcoming BIG smile. This dude was super cool, friendly, respectful, professional, and just a really nice guy. If this is the type of people Sketchers Corporate hires, I'll always shop Sketchers! This guy needs a raise! I don't see him as a sales rep but he's definitely more at the leadership/director/executive level! P.s. I'm the CEO of a large company and I own several large companies so I understand quality people when I see it. I hope this review doesn't fall on deaf ears.”
